His greatest personal accomplishments as a 5LINX representative are helping solve other peoples’ problems by offering them the opportunity and achieving SVP. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. My father had his own business and instilled in me the goal to never work for anyone other tha myself. So, it was during my junior year of college at Tennessee State University (Nashville) that I began selling clothing out of the trunk of my car. This business mushroomed so that two months prior to graduating, my company GrooveWear, had its grand opening. Top professional NFL players, NBA players and entertainers all found their way to GrooveWear to get the latest hip-hop styles they couldn’t get anywhere else. I had graduated from the trunk ot a million dollar business. It sounds great, but I was working long hours and had lots of overhead.

First, I felt I would not have time because of my intensive involvement in ministry as a Pastor of a local church and as an itinerant preacher. Second, I also felt I could lose focus of my primary assignment which is preaching that I have done for 20 years. However, I still went to the Lord in prayer but I did not have to pray for more than two minutes when I had that divine intuition within me which seemed to be saying “Go for it.” Immediately, I called Charles Osong, who enrolled me and the rest is history.
