Steve and Pasha Carter have been building their 5LINX business for only nine months and are the first Platinum Senior Vice Presidents in the history of 5LINX! Along with receiving a check for over $127,000 and matching diamond 5LINX rings, they are the first PSVPs to receive a beautiful Bentley!
“Prior to 5LINX, we spent more than 11 years with another telecom company. One of the biggest differences we see with 5LINX is that, as far as customers go, what you build is yours to keep!” exclaims Steve. “You can truly build long-term residual income and know that it won’t be taken away from you as long as your customers remain on the service.”
The Carters greatest accomplishment (so far) is hitting the absolute highest position in the company. “We’re looking forward to going after whatever higher position they add to the compensation plan in the future.” says Pasha.
5LINX provided Steve and Pasha with second chance in an industry that they both love. Their greatest inspiration continues to be seeing other business owners who have far exceeded anything they have done thus far. To them, it is proof that there are no limits in this business.
“Quitting was never a thought. It’s never been an option for us to even consider,” adds Steve. “I encourage anyone who is considering joining us on this wonderful journey to just believe that you can get to the top and it will happen.”

Steve and Pasha Carter owe a lot to the network marketing industry. They came from very different backgrounds and through the industry, both gained success in their own separate businesses in the telecom industry.
While both being a part of the same company, they became aware of each other’s success and decided that if they combined their talents, they might achieve even greater success as a married couple. The rest is history so they say.
“My road in business started out in Houston, Texas,” says Pasha. “I’ve always been blessed with athletic ability and drive. Using my talents I gained early success as an NFL cheerleader and gymnastics instructor. These pursuits provided a career path in life, but I knew there was something else calling me where I could be more in control of my own time and earning potential. Continuing my search for a more fulfilling career, I began working part-time in a telecom business as an independent representative.”
Success was gradual and money was tight, but Pasha worked hard, attended weekly team meetings, and set her sights long-term, building a business for herself. “Eventually, I left my other job to concentrate on my telecom business and clients full-time.” After investing a great deal of sweat equity, time and perseverance in the business, Pasha’s success was finally realized when she attained the level Regional Vice President. “That’s where Steve and I met and decided to build our lives and businesses together.”
“Pasha and I share the same desire to succeed in business as well as in life,” states Steve Carter. His business career started out within the family business after graduation from college. “My father runs a successful court reporting business and it was his intention for me to take over the business and keep it in the family. Along with my sister and brother, I began running the daily operations of my dad’s business.”
After putting in much time and long hours, Steve began to feel that the business owned him and not the other way around. “I began to look for something new that offered more potential and flexibility. That’s when I discovered network marketing.”
An acquaintance introduced Steve to an opportunity as an independent telecom representative. After investigating the company and the potential to build a successful independent business, he decided to strike out on his own.
“Needless to say my family was surprised and somewhat doubtful of my business decision. I didn’t let their initial reaction deter me from pursuing my dream. I worked my plan, rose level by level and finally attained Regional Vice President level.”
It was at the company award ceremony that Steve took notice of Pasha and her drive to succeed.
But now what? Both Steve and Pasha had attained great success within their company. “We made the decision to marry and build our business together.”
Several years later they caught wind of the 5LINX opportunity.
After doing their homework on 5LINX Enterprises, discussing the potential for greater earning power, flexibility and control of their lives, they decided to make a move.
“We didn’t take this change lightly. We had risen to one of the highest positions in our previous company and had put in long hours to attain that level of success. So far we both had spent our 11 years in the Multi-Level Marketing industry with one company and it was the most difficult and emotional decision we ever had to make. It was a lot to risk.”
“The more we looked at the 5LINX company, business model and compensation plan the more we saw distinct differences that we felt would be critical assets to our future success. We’ve been with 5LINX now for a slightly over 120 days and we’re happy with our decision. We’re on the move again and not looking back.”
Even though they’ve only been with 5LINX for a short period of time, they’re proud of their initial accomplishments thus far. “We were able to hit the Senior Vice President Position faster than anyone in the entire company’s history!”
“In our short time with the company we can honestly say that we haven’t run into any obstacles yet. Things are moving along very smoothly. The organization has given us back that ‘genuine confidence’ that you can really succeed financially in the MLM industry.”
Looking back on the emotional decision to leave their former company, “it really was a much easier business decision once we concentrated on the 5LINX Compensation Plan, which is incredibly lucrative. We see a great future here with 5LINX.”
The Carters have two little girls and have the time to spend with them. “It is important to see what we feel is a beneficial, long-term investment of our time and efforts. That’s why we joined the 5LINX team.”
Steve and Pasha’s greatest inspiration to succeed is to be an example to people that want to become their own boss and want to become successful in their own business. “We want to be the ULTIMATE PROOF that this industry is the right industry to be in.
