Stan and Chereace Richards

Senior Vice Presidents

Stan and Chereace began their 5LINX journey on May 14, 2006. Neither had any prior experience in network marketing prior to their 5LINX business. They were promoted to the position of Senior Vice President in September at the 5LINX National Event in Philadelphia.

Before 5LINX, Stan worked with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (as a bus operator and street supervisor). In addition to working for the WMATA, he has owned a successful entertainment company since 1992.

Chereace joined the field of Information Technology upon earning her undergraduate degree in Computer Science. She has since completed her graduate degree in Information Technology Management and is working as an Information Technology Project Manager with the Transportation Security Administration.

They have overcome many obstacles to reach SVP including their fear of being rejected by those they introduced to the 5LINX business opportunity. Yet, through a firm belief that they could reach the position of SVP, they persevered and moved beyond the “not-so-positive” comments made by their family and closest friends.

Reaching the position of SVP in just 14 months is now their greatest personal accomplishment. Because of the rewards the 5LINX opportunity has afforded them, they are now in a position where it is possible to impact the lives of their two sons, Stan, Jr. and Isaiah, their family, and community.

“Believe in yourself and don’t give in to what other people have to say that is contrary to what you believe and want” says Stan. “You need to make up your mind that quitting is not an option!”

Chereace adds that you need to “believe in yourself, have faith in your dreams, and don’t quit, and you will see the rewards 5Linx has to offer!“

On their way to the top, they have been blessed to have wonderful mentors to teach and guide them on their journey. They would like to thank Lisa Nicole Cloud for showing them what it takes to be an SVP. Her guidance showed us exactly what we needed to do in order to be successful. “We also want to thank C. Anthony Harris and Barry Donalson for their excellent leadership and training,” added Stan.
