Senior Vice Presidents
Every good thing requires sacrifice.
Enthusiasm comes from the Greek words — enthos-theos, meaning spirit within. Nothing great has been achieved without enthusiasm.
“I joined 5LINX on the 4th of July 2006 just to get my cousin off my back. She had been bugging me about the business for nearly a month and I decided it was time for it to stop. So I signed up. Two weeks later, I attended a business presentation in Houston. I knew immediately that is was a great opportunity.
“My first attraction was the fact that I was using the services anyway and I could cut my phone bills by more than half. Secondly, even though being a physician afforded me a certain degree of financial freedom it did not make me wealthy. Thirdly, as a Minister of the Gospel with a world-wide ministry, I had prayed for an opportunity to help me raise money for all the things God is calling me to do without having to beg for it from people. Fourthly, as my book — When Your Levee Breaks; How to Pump the Junk Out of Your Life — touched and changed lives, I knew I needed time to write more and the resources to publish without compromise. I hit the ground running, trying to get everybody whom I knew to see what an opportunity this is. Six months and two weeks later I hit the top position of Senior Vice President. It was on January 21, 2007.
“My personal achievement came as a surprise even to me, especially since I had no experience in MLM. The size of the checks got more exciting as I found myself taking home more money than I was able to in my successful pediatric practice. The time and work I put in was paying me more money than I made as a medical doctor. Now I am able to work as a Doctor because I want to, not because I need to.
“There’ve been other benefits. My children, who got deprived of precious time with Mommy, found the drop-top BMW 650 a worthwhile reward. My 12-year- old daughter called it “half way decent”. My Husband loves it, and of course my teenage daughter wants to drive it top down. My 10-year old daughter wanted to know if SVP meant “student vice president.” I have told them to strap up because we are riding this VoIP wave to the top. We are creating an inheritance for their children’s children. Thank you guys for letting Mommy do 5LINX.
“Today all I can say is ‘Thank you Jesus,’ for answering my prayer and bringing this opportunity my way. I have come to know and bond with: my up line SVPs, the Minangs and Kate Jabea-Ngwa and C. Anthony and Barry Donaldson, who have helped me by fine-tuning my MLM skills. Barry, Carl and the WGI family of great eagles (SVPs), I am grateful for a team of talented and supportive people. Thank you, Barry and Carl, for taking me under your wings. Lisa, Sunny, King and Emma, thanks for all the tips. I really appreciate you and all my business partners in the Wealth Transfer Team who have worked tirelessly to get me here.
“I also extend my appreciation to the co-founders Craig, Jason and Jeb for birthing such a great concept and changing the lives of so many people. Today, many ordinary people from my country, Cameroon, are changing cars and zip codes in ways they couldn’t do before 5LINX. What a world of difference it will make to my country when 5LINX helps create a bunch of Cameroonian millionaires. Money in the right hands can change a nation. Jeb, I want to thank you for encouraging me.
“My advice to anybody who sees this opportunity is to take it seriously. Get the necessary training from those that have already fine-tuned it. ‘Follow the SYSTEM,’ as Carl says, ‘and Save Yourself Stress, Time, Energy and Money.’ Don’t let anyone steal your dream. Many people I have asked say they would never have told me about 5LINX because I was a successful physician and would not have time to do it. Don’t prejudge. Tell everyone you know about it. Don't be intimidated to tell already successful people. They just might need the opportunity more than you think.
“Proverbs 24:34 describes poverty as a bandit and scarcity as an armed robber. As you begin your journey to financial freedom everything will come against you to derail you. It is hard to break from under the yoke of lack. With all your talents you know you are an eagle but it feels like you have been in a chicken pen for too long. Remember that when you start learning to fly, your wings may hurt and you may bump your head or bruise a knee on the first few attempts. Others may ridicule you for attempting to fly. But focus on getting out of the chicken pen and experiencing true financial freedom. Every good thing requires sacrifice. And remember when you run into setbacks, tell yourself everyday, ‘I am an eagle, I can fly.’ ”
